Need your students to learn how to 'take a breath'? Want them to be more mentally present during their time with you? Mindfulness techniques can help you and them focus on the present and find more joy in the world around us.  We will be discussing how to bring some of the techniques from the first session to our students and modifications that can be made for students dealing with trauma. You will leave the workshop with activities you can you the next day as well as resources to deepen your understanding over the long term.
